🏆 Dr. Patricia Puiggròs and IKI Health Win The Next Unicorn and a Ticket to San Francisco

Dr. Patricia Puiggròs has spent over two decades as a physician in anaesthesiology, chronic pain, sports medicine, and women's health. She built an integrative sports medicine clinic in Palma de Mallorca from the ground up. She's supported thousands of patients. And throughout all of it, she kept running into the same problem: there was no tool that made lifestyle medicine both clinically rigorous and practically scalable. So in 2022, she built one.

IKI Health is an AI-powered clinical operating system for preventive medicine. It lets health professionals create evidence-based lifestyle plans in under three seconds, monitor physical, emotional and metabolic data from a single interface, and detect clinical alerts before they become crises. Where most healthcare still waits for disease to appear, IKI works to prevent it, personalised, in real time, and designed for the way modern medicine actually needs to work.

That vision just won the Next Unicorn Startup Competition at the Ibiza Tech Forum, one of the Mediterranean's most prominent platforms for emerging tech ventures. And the prize isn't just a trophy.

The Next Unicorn winner earns a place at the Startup World Cup Grand Final in San Francisco, competing against the best startups from over 60 countries for a $1,000,000 investment prize. Dr. Puiggròs and IKI Health will be on that stage. We could not be prouder.

🥈 Courtbrain Takes 2nd at the Padel World Summit

Courtbrain secured second place in the Startup of the Year Pitch Competition at the Padel World Summit, a global gathering at the intersection of sports, technology and investment.

The idea behind Courtbrain is simple and the frustration that sparked it is universal: finding an available court, for padel, tennis, badminton, pickleball, meant searching across a dozen different apps and booking systems. Courtbrain fixes that. It's the world's first open marketplace for racket sports: one search, every available court, regardless of which platform a club uses. Players save time. Clubs get found. The sport grows.

With padel's explosive global growth showing no signs of slowing, the timing couldn't be better.
